Most Common Eclass Problems
Problem: Files all download as .zip files.
Solution 1: Just change the extension to the appropriate value. E.g. ".docx" or ".xlsx". The other solution is to use Firefox. It hasn't exhibited this problem.
Problem: My Computer Icon doesn't show up when I try to upload files
Solution: Reload Java on your Machine! If you are at the eclass home page there is a browser check link. Check the bottom to see if Java is working correctly. If it isn't there will be suggestions and links to fix it.
