I need to take a test away from school

A: Try the Proctorio Set-up document here.

I can't upload files, what do I do?

A: Check to see if your browser is compatible by running the "Browser Check" at the top right hand corner of https://eclass.southern.edu/webct/entryPageIns.dowebct# Often this will lead you to a problem and a link to detailed instructions on how to fix it.

Can I use a MAC for this class?

A: Unfortunately Microsoft has continued to develop two different interfaces for Office. One for Windows and one for the MAC operating system. The file formats are compatible, but the book will often give you different and confusing information if you are using a MAC. All that aside, if you are too in love with your MAC OS, you may do your assignments on your MAC, but for on campus students, you will still need to take the final exam on a PC in HSC 116. This puts you at a significant disadvantage - you have been warned.

I'm lost can you help me get started?

A: Yes! Try this video getting started on eclass - quiz and first assignment

I'm ready to take the exam, what do I do?

A: See the directions at TestingOutOfCptr10x.
